RSNA 2024 Scientific Assembly and annual meeting is organized by Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and will be held from December 1-5, 2024 at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois, USA. A.Yes! There will be a variety of social and networking events, including the RSNA 2024 Welcome Reception, RSNA After Dark, Technical Exhibits tours, community service event, RSNA Connect (informal group meet-ups) and the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour.
Q.Will onsite childcare be available at McCormick Place?
A.Yes. Childcare at Camp RSNA will be free to members and available to non-members for a fee.
Q.Is there an RSNA 2024 meeting app?
A.Yes! The RSNA 2024 meeting app will be available in the App Store and Google Play for all attendees to use during the meeting. Our meeting website, Meeting Central, will also be mobile optimized for your convenience during the meeting.
Q.Are meals and travel expenses included in the registration fee?
A.No. RSNA 2024 registration does not include travel expenses, meals, hotel accommodations or social events.
Q.When does registration open and close for RSNA 2024?
A.RSNA 2024 registration is currently open.
Registration for the in-person meeting at McCormick Place will remain open until the last day of RSNA 2024 (Dec. 5).
Registration for Virtual Access will remain open until April 30, 2025 for those who would like to upgrade or register for Virtual Access.
Q. What are my options if my preferred hotel is unavailable?
A. Hotel rooms offered at discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The online system reflects real-time availability and booking options during your search.

Five-star hotels are considered as having the highest standard rating. These hotels offer multiple room options with luxurious and tasteful decorations and maximum comfort. Rooms in five-star hotels are considerably bigger than those in lower ranked hotels. Even the most basic rooms in a five-star hotel are spacious and allow guests to experience luxury.
4 STAR HOTEL
$300 - $250
A hotels with four-star rating shares similar amenities as a three-star hotel, but it includes an additional restaurant and bar option, concierge, and a swimming pool, among others.
